**As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. **Position Summary**:
Within the HR Team, provides day-to-day operational support to the Learning & Development function. Manages the administration of Learning & Development including but not limited to policies and procedures; Learning Management System (LMS); and training and development programs. This role includes coordination, facilitation and delivery of New Employee Orientation and other related initiatives. This role is also accountable for maintaining the contents and integrity of all HR files in relation to training records and performance partnership documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates as a contributing member of the Learning & Development team, providing administration, coordination support and input to diverse, specialized human resource programs and services; and supports Specialists and Director, in the delivery of Learning & Development services across the FNHA.
- Participates in the development of processes, procedures, and systems to support the administrative and coordination aspects of specialized programs and services related to elder bookings, Learning Management System, registration inquiries, and learning and development activities.
- Participates on project teams in the areas of research, delivery, and enhancements of existing and future Learning & Development strategies.
- Manages all aspects of employee training and performance partnership documents to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and complies with internal guidelines.
- Coordinates logistics prepares training materials, processes transactions, maintains records and databases, monitors schedule, distributes and collects evaluations, reviews, feedback, and processes. Also conducts basic research, assessment, and analysis; prepares basic statistics; and participates in development of reports and presentation materials.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Diploma in human resources, business, and/or learning and development (and preferably working toward a degree).

**Experience**
- 2 to 4 years of related human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
