**Overview**
Premium Fire Protection has been a leading provider of Fire Protection and Prevention Solutions for over 20+ years. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we specialize in offering comprehensive fire safety services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients via both in-shop and off-site services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both pick-up and drop-off orders at our back counter to ensure the smooth functioning of our back office operations. You will also be responsible for minor administrative duties related to data entry, filing, and inbound/outbound calls (no sales or cold calls).

**Duties**
- Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks including both invoicing and accounts receivables tasks.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist Office Manager with receiving shipments and monitoring product inventory.
- Accurately type and maintain Fire and Life Safety System Reports.

**Office Hours**
- Mon-Thurs: 7:30AM - 4:30PM
- Friday: 7:30AM - 2:00PM

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of the fire protection industry is considered an asset but not required.
- Must be physically able to lift at least 30lbs+.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is considered an asset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
