**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by coordinating patient treatments and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate patient treatments and appointments
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Oversee administrative tasks related to treatment coordination
- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology in daily tasks
- Present financial arrangements and manage consents and patient documents
- Managing and updating treatment plans, while corresponding with our patients

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a dental office setting is required with at least 2 years as a Treatment Coordinator.
- Pride in their work and performs if on a regular basis
- Intellect ability to think ahead and understand what our patients are saying
- Proficiency in electronic dental records management
- Radiant and sunny disposition who has a passion of how their work can help patients
- Background as a CDH, RDH or experience, as well as experience using Cleardent dental software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
