**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in **Dental Assisting** techniques and procedures.
- Experience with **Dentrix** or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
- Knowledge of **Medical Terminology** to accurately document patient information.
- Experience in **Orthodontics**, **Pediatrics**, or as a **Dental Receptionist** is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $23.64-$24.57 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
