Integrity and excellence are the leading ingredients of this very well-established dental office in Woodbridge, searching for the ideal junior, part time administrator. We have a number of employees that have been with our office for many years working for a kind, ethical and very personable Dentist with over 15 years experience.

If you are energetic and outgoing, fluent in English, have a good telephone manor, and are currently attending high school, then you are our ideal candidate Applicant can start immediately for three evenings per week from 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday's from 10am to 2pm. Dental experience is not required.

Our dental office provides high-quality care in all phases of dentistry including general and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, Invisalign, sedation dentistry, surgical periodontal treatment, and dental implants.

Located at Weston Road and Highway 7, with convenient parking, our comfortable facility is eight years new and offers great facilities for our team

We are seeking a dedicated Continue Care/Recare Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in ensuring patients receive ongoing support and follow-up care after their initial treatment. The ideal candidate will be organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on patient engagement and retention. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping to schedule follow-up appointments, answer questions, and promote continued health and wellness.

  • Contact patients to schedule and confirm follow-up appointments and recare visits
  • Track recare appointment compliance rates and report on trends or issues to management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
