WHO I AM & WHAT I NEED
I am a one person show running a real estate business. I've been doing it on my own for 17 years and am looking for someone to help me and the company advance to the next level. My business model is very client focused and built around great service and obtaining referrals. Putting my face on everything is NOT my BRAND the conversation behind my back is the BRAND.
I am down to earth, level headed and heavily involved with family life. I work primarily from home in South Surrey but do have an office in downtown Vancouver. My assistance does not need to come into the office, but being in the lower mainland is required and in person meetings will occur from time to time.
I need someone who loves running an office and managing hundreds of little things at once. Sees problems as a daily task and loves the challenge of getting them done efficiently. I am looking for help building systems and then taking action on them.

I am serious about the client experience and the culture of this small office. We need to be honest, people first, go the extra mile then a mile after that. I am a kind hearted tough negotiator that knows the value of relationships with my clients and peers. My belief is that marketing is the conversation around the experience the client receives from every aspect of this company. We will not show up with dishonesty, disrespect or a lack of effort. We will work hard when we need to and have fun doing it. The people that will work on this team are handpicked and really want to a part of something exciting that will leave a mark in a very different way than the average realtor.

Hours
The job will start on a contract basis and I strive to ensure the best work/life balance as possible
With the work being largely remote the hours are flexible during the day.
Wage
$18.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience.
Take days off as needed as long as the work is done.
JOB OVERVIEW
- Create/Oversee/Manage and Help Execute Marketing Strategies
- Social Media management
- Deal With the Clients over the Phone to Ensure They Are Happy and Taken Care Of Quickly
- Manage Calendars
- Manage CRM software (Customer Relationship Management). Currently using RealtyJuggler
- Manage Google Filing Systems
- Book showings
- Phone Management (Answering Phones, Directing Calls, Forwarding/Coverage When Required)
- Prep Offers, Prep Listing Contracts, and Amendments
- Process Paper Work for Each Real Estate Transaction and Ensure Accuracy
- Help Develop Efficiencies and Better Business Practices
