**Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Salary**: $59,140 - $63,837 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term position
- end date August 29, 2026
**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week e.g. 9am-4pm Mon-Wed (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver offices
- on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. (Position is On-site)
**Bargaining Unit**: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)
**About the role**
As an Administrative Assistant you will be experienced in providing comprehensive administrative support including filing, note taking, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and managing expense reports. Skilled in processing and reconciling monthly invoices with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to support community related events and harm reduction trainings, as well as assist in the processing of harm reduction grants. Proven organizational and multitasking skills in a fast paced, team orientated environments.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Education, Training and Experience
- Grade 12, including completion of one year of post secondary education in Business or Office Administration, plus one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Job Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of First Nations communities and issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to research and analyze information.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
