**Responsabilités principales**:
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les demandes de renseignements de manière professionnelle et efficace
- Préparer et traduire des documents, contrats et correspondances en anglais et en français
- Offrir un soutien aux clients, en garantissant un service de haute qualité et une grande réactivité
- Coordonner avec les notaires, courtiers hypothécaires et autres professionnels du secteur
- Assurer la confidentialité des informations sensibles
- Organiser et gérer les tâches administratives liées aux transactions immobilières
**Qualifications**:
- Expérience en tant qu'assistant(e) exécutif(ve), de préférence dans l'immobilier
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expérience avec Dropbox, Gmail et Google Suite
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
- Attention aux détails et précision dans toutes les tâches
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités efficacement

**Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Broker**
**Bilingualism (English/French) is required**, including the ability to translate documents and proof read them.
This position is **full-time (10 AM - 3 PM) or (10 AM - 4 PM) Monday to Friday.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and translate documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and French
- Provide client support, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Coordinate with notaries, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage administrative tasks to support real estate transactions
**Qualifications**
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**:
- **Dropbox, Gmail and Google Suite**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **French and English**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Pay: $23,000.00-$36,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Operations management: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Broker Permit (preferred)
