We are currently seeking a **one (1) RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** to join our team for our Montreal (Qc) location.

PRINICIPLE DUTIES:

- Create quotes, invoices and reception of payments
- Manage different systems in the organization (computer, phone, etc.) and all office equipment and supplies ;
- Responsible for the inventory of office supplies
- Greet and assist clients at the reception
- Answer the phone and redirect calls accordingly;
- Book clients in our sampling schedule (will pay commission)

Other Requirements:

- Bilingualism: French and English;
- Comfortable with windows platform, Office 365 and computers in general;
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet requested deadlines;
- Dynamic and focused on customer service;
- Any combination of education and / or experience will be considered deemed equivalent.

AXXONLAB INC est à la recherche **d'un(e) RECEPTIONISTE / ADJOINTE ADMINISTRATIVE ** pour notre succursale à Montréal, QC.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Générer devis et facture de vente ainsi que la reception des paiements;
- Faire le suivi des factures non payées (via courriel ou téléphone)
- Gérer différents systèmes dans l'organisation (ordinateur, téléphone, etc.) et tous les équipements et fournitures de bureau;
- Responsable de l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau
- Aide à générer des certificats d'analyse (Microsoft Word ou notre logiciel interne) et à les envoyer aux clients via courriel;
- Accueillir et assister les clients à la réception
- Répondre au téléphone et rediriger les appels adéquatement;
- Prise de rendez-vous dans notre cédule de prélèvement (nous payeron de la commission addtionnelle)

AUTRES EXIGENCES:

- Bilinguisme;
- Confortable avec la plateforme Windows, Office 365 et les ordinateurs en général;
- Doit etre capable de travailler sous haute pression et de respecter les délais requis;
- Dynamique et axée sur le service à la clientèle;
- Toute combinaison d'éducation et / ou d'expérience sera jugée de la meme manière.
