We are now seeking a **dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Marketing Specialist** to join our team for the long term.
**Duties**
- Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and answer customer questions professionally.
- Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
- Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to boost brand visibility.
- Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content to ensure accuracy and appeal.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- A detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and organization.
- A reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication and instructions.
