**The Opportunity**:
The Bruce Oake Recovery Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Finance to assist with **finance, payroll, grant tracking, and reconciliation**. The Administrative Assistant, Finance will report directly to the Finance Manager

**Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Assist in **financial documentation, payroll processing, and reconciliation**.
- Track **grant funding and assist with reporting**.
- Maintain **financial records and support audits**.
- Provide **general administrative support to the finance team**.

**Qualifications/Experience/Skills**:

- **Ages 15-29** (per Green Team eligibility).
- Interest in **finance, bookkeeping, or administrative support**.
- Strong **attention to detail and numerical accuracy**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and financial software**.
- Interest in the work of not-for-profit organizations and, in particular, supporting those struggling with addiction and mental illness to achieve long-term recovery.
