Medical Office Administrative Assistant

Duties include but not limited to:

- Communicating with patients and physician offices
- Scheduling patients and organizing tests
- Using sleep study software and electronic medical record to organize and distribute reports
- Maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies
- Other administrative duties as required

**Requirement**
- Experience working in a medical office is required (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in using Accuro EMR is required
- Experience working in a sleep clinic is preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to interact with patients using an empathic approach.
- Proficient in working with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Completion of a medical secretary course is an asset
- Speak clear and fluent English.
- Additional language in either Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
