**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly for seniors and those with disabilities. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care that promotes independence and dignity.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication administration as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote overall health.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices and familiarity with working with persons with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform tasks independently while also being a team player.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$27.77 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
