**Summary**:
DMC is currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis, based in our Sudbury location. The Maintenance will be responsible for the administration and optimization of the maintenance program, data management, inventory and Shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing CMMS data base.
- Establishing bills of materials (BOMS) and task lists.

- Establishing scheduled maintenance programs and PM’s in accordance with (IAW) OEM requirements.
- Establishing preventative maintenance conditions monitoring programs and associated PM’s to improve plant and equipment availability.
- Generating reports, graphs and statistical data on plant and equipment as required.
- Reporting on data collected from condition monitoring program to relevant stakeholders.
- Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Overseeing cataloguing of site-based maintenance of equipment information and repair files.
- Assisting other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
- Performing work order repairs and adjustments.
- Coordinating breakdown and scheduled maintenance of all light vehicles and mobile equipment.
- Coordinating third party statutory testing and inspections of plant and equipment IAW statutory requirements.
- Preparing budget costings as required for scheduled maintenance activities.
- Reporting to Maintenance Senior Engineer on maintenance KPIs on daily and weekly basis.
- Building and using maintenance libraries for repairs.
- Reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings.
- Writing detailed reports.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in the mining industry.
- 3+ years of maintenance administrator/coordination experience.
- Trade Qualified - Mechanic or other Red Seal Trade.
- High level of motivation, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Pro-active, self-starter capable of working in a small team of professionals.
- Knowledge and understanding of OH&S Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining Plants.
- Minimum 3 years CMMS experience essential.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications (particularly Word and Excel).
