Job Description Forecasts and prioritizes all “scheduled” and “unscheduled” work. Works with both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers to direct/ coordinate the following events into a service repair site:Support over-the-road breakdowns/ Unscheduled workScheduled issues Major EDVIR’sCheck engine faultsIsaac/ TGI issuesCollision repair routingOil samplePreventative maintenanceKey Duties and Responsibilities: Forecasting/ Scheduling Repairs & ServicesStudies the driver's reports to determine the nature of the repair and confers with the maintenance coordinator to schedule itOverflow work that cannot be completed in-house will need to be routed to a supporting TP and then passed over to be managed by the outsourcing groupCoordinate all service switches and manage “M” units replacement fleetAudit and ensure compliance with the following:“Equipment Out” “100 over 60” spreadsheet Asset service requirements outlined (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet)Review and assist in maintaining the local “Facility Planner”Support as needed Outsource / Sublet RepairsHelp with directing and authorizing all third-party maintenance repairsProfiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for recordsOther duties may be assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
