**Responsibilities**:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the construction and rental industry.
- Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or rental industry.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, and services.
- Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle and be willing to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
