Outside Sales Representative

**About the Role**
Since 1975, Form & Build Supply has been a trusted leader in delivering high-quality concrete and masonry specialty products to Ontario’s construction industry. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join us. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales success, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service to all Form & Build customers
- Manage customer accounts and provide product knowledge and support.
- Support branch operations as needed.
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of proven success in outside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A team player with a strong customer service focus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Well-organized and proficient with computers.
- Solid understanding of concrete and specialty construction products.
- A valid G drivers license and clear drivers abstract
