**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:
- Coordinate service appointments including answering service calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate insurance calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery.
- Provide general and administrative support to the Body Shop.
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
- Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
- Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to execute tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
**What you need to succeed**:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license & clean drivers abstract.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail will be required.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Prolific with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
