**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support by managing phone systems, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a dental office is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
