- You have graduated or will graduate with a recognized post-secondary degree or diploma, post-graduate certificate or diploma between January 2024 and June 2025.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process or upload General Ledger journal entry transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports for management and financial statements and notes.
- Assist with the processing of Tangible Capital Assets transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of various Federal, Provincial financial Schedules, and municipal reporting.
- Prepare working papers and other documentation as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Undergraduate degree in Business/Finance with a major in Accounting.
- Sound knowledge of general accounting and auditing procedures such as: balancing and reconciling of accounts; payment processes; financial statement preparation; financing; budgeting; and general financial controls.
- Capable of planning and implementing work in an organized manner and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, financial analysis and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail
- Time management skills with the ability to manage workflow in order to complete work on time and as expected.
- Be self-motivated, capable of working in a team environment and independently.

**Preferred**
- Enrollment in a CPA program.
- Knowledge of enterprise based financial systems.
