We are looking for a Securities Administrator As a Securities Administrator, your primary focus is to provide administrative support to the Sustainable Wealth Management advisory teams and our members by reviewing, prioritizing and processing the work resulting from member meetings within prescribed timelines.

**The Role: Securities Administrator**

As a **Securities Administrator**, your primary focus is to provide administrative support to the Sustainable Wealth Management advisory teams and our members by reviewing, prioritizing and processing the work resulting from member meetings within prescribed timelines.

**_ A typical day would involve:_**
- Provide administrative support to optimize the capacity of the Sustainable Wealth Management advisory staff.
- Complete member transactions within prescribed policies and procedures while maintaining and upholding regulatory standards to mitigate risk and meet business needs.
- Build effective working relationships with staff across Sustainable Wealth Management and Member Services to support a fully integrated platform, enabling the execution of an enhanced differentiated member experience.
- Identify and make recommendations to the Manager regarding process improvement opportunities that will create meaningful change by optimizing service to our members and Wealth Planners.

**You have**:

- Post Secondary Education/Diploma (Related Discipline)

**Bonus points, if you have**:

- Previous experience in Wealth Management

**The team**:
In this role, you will report into the Team Manager SWM Advisory Admin.

**Pay Band: 4**
