**About the position**

**Responsibilities include**
- Counter services at Securities Cage
- Receipt and delivery of securities in both physical certificate and electronic form for client accounts
- Incoming and outgoing transit of securities
- Controlling safety deposit boxes, must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- May be required to walk for moderate distances
- Pick-ups and deliveries dealing with Financial Institutions, Transfer Agents, Law Firms, Issuers
- Obtaining documentation to negotiate securities
- Filing, Scanning and retrieving securities
- Support banking services / research
- General administrative duties as assigned

**Education & Qualifications**
- Experience in an office environment is a definite asset

**Compensation**: expected salary range: $48,000 to $55,000

**Schedule**: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
