**Role Summary**
As our Reports Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting for security incidents, both internally and for our valued clients. Your meticulous review and revision of reports will not only showcase our value proposition but also enhance the user experience for our team. Reporting directly to the National Reports Coordinator and ultimately the CEO, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key decision-makers and make a tangible difference. You will be working alongside a collaborative and innovative team and contribute to our success while honing your skills and building a rewarding career.
We currently have one full time in-office position available for this role, from _Friday - Tuesday (9:00am - 5:30 pm) _
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents provided by our security personnel, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Review and revise reports to enhance clarity, accuracy, and overall impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
- Create statistical reports, compiling data to present key indicators to our stakeholders.
- Provide critical insights and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Effectively communicate data trends and patterns to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, continuously refining your skills and knowledge.

- Proven experience in writing reports, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong English grammar and literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
