**Role Summary**
As our Reports Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting for security incidents, both internally and for our valued clients. Your meticulous review and revision of reports will not only showcase our value proposition but also enhance the user experience for our team. Reporting directly to the Information & Assets manager and ultimately the CEO, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key decision-makers and make a tangible difference. You will be working alongside a collaborative and innovative team and contribute to our success while honing your skills and building a rewarding career.
We currently have two full time in-office positions available for this role, from Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents provided by our security personnel, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Review and revise reports to enhance clarity, accuracy, and overall impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
- Compiling data, Creating & Interpreting Statistical Reports to show our client's Return on Investment (ROI).
- Provide OPS support by monitoring the guards' task execution as recorded in reports and making sure they comply with Post Orders.
- Provide critical insights and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Effectively communicate data trends and patterns to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support as needed to the administrative and leadership team
- Effectively communicate with clients and provide support for clients' issues related to security reports as they occur.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, continuously refining your skills and knowledge.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in writing reports, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with data analysis, report generation and interpreting statistical information is valuable for this position.
- Knowledge of database management & Information Systems.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Minimum one year experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong English grammar and literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in Google Workspace and versed in technology and software (experience with Tracktik is advantageous).
