The individual will be responsible for the company’s accounts receivable/payable, invoice processing, banking as well as other tasks including the monthly accounting requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable & receivables
- Invoicing customers & progress billings
- Payroll
- Payroll remittances and HST reporting
- Banking (deposits)
- Bank reconciliations
- Entering and updating information on vehicles, purchases, Visa’s, wtc.
- Other administrative duties as required
- Year end preparations

**Qualifications**
- Experience with bookkeeping (Sage 50 Accounting)
- Ability to multitask
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Telephone etiquette

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
