Restaurant Manager

The Kingston House is a new and pre-opening restaurant in the beaches of Toronto.
We are looking for a restaurant manager to join the team, whom will oversee the day to day operations with the general manager.
The Restaurant Manager has prior experience leading a team of up to 20 FOH staff and working with a the BOH team in executing the day to day operations of a busy restaurant.
Some responsibilities and qualifications include but not limited to:
- Fluent in Microsof word, excel and power point
- Prior experience with POS and merchant systems
- Prior restaurant managing experience
- Prior experience in scheduling, inventory counting and control, working with vendors to procure new and review existing items, managing labour, COGS and other day to day expenses at the restaurant, handling, troubleshooting and maintaining guest relationships and complaints, working directly, leading, training and mentoring all restaurant staff, able to read and review monthly P&L's.

The Salary range of this position is $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience. This position is also entitled to tipout as well as an annual bonus.
