**IMMEDIATE OPENING**

Clarke North America Inc. is currently looking for an experienced **Technical Support Specialist **to join our dynamic and results driven team at our Brampton, Ontario location.
- More specifically, your responsibilities will include: _
- Support of Active Directory (AD) and iSeries / AS400 account management.
- Provide support to the software development team, including systems management tasks.
- Configuration, installation, and setup of desktop related software and hardware
- Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours support.
- Completion of post-secondary degree/diploma in computer technologies or related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 Yr. work experience in a corporate I.T. environment is must.
- Good understanding on Microsoft exchange, Windows server management, VMWare and hosted cloud infrastructure.
- Working experience wide range of software, utilities, protocols, and support tools (VNC, RDP, TeamViewer, etc)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally required.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly self-motivated with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with VMware products, VEEAM
- Exposure to Azure
- Experience working with Enterprise Storage solutions
- Knowledge and Experience on HP server, Blade, storage environments

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
