**IMMEDIATE OPENING**

Clarke North America div of TFI International_is _premium transportation services provider in Canada. Currently, we are searching for an experienced **Technical Support Specialist **to join our team in the Brampton Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of Windows, Office 365, Teams, Webex, and helpdesk system
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide timely updates on the tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of work experience in technical support
- Completion of 3+ year technical training or diploma
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Teams, Webex and experience with helpdesk system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and routine duties.
- Strong desire to be a team player
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally may be required.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
