**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Training Specialist located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions for RBH Access Control systems both on site and virtually through software such as Teams. The role involves providing technical support, delivering both theoretical and practical training, creating and maintaining training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with product specifications and customer requirements. Additionally, the position requires helping customer's with solution design support for their products.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Technical Support
- Skills in Training & Development and Technical Training
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs
- Strong understanding of Electronic Access Control systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant certification
- Experience in the security or technology industries is a plus

**Additional Job Details**:

- Full -time position
- Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
