**Help Desk / Bench Technician / Project Assistant**

We are looking for an experienced, energetic people person that can provide our customers with exceptional support experience.

Your responsibilities would include providing tier one help desk services, hardware and software configuration and trouble shooting.
- The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied by providing low to high end technical hardware and software support at the desktop, laptop, printer, network, and OS level.
- The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for the overall activity at a client site that involves support services.
- The Specialist is responsible for delivering support using industry best practices.
- The specialist is responsible for identifying sales opportunities and implementation of the opportunity.
- Must have valid drivers license and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
- Opportunity to assist in the management of client servers.

Minimum requirements.
- Must be Fluent in English
- Great communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving ability
- 2 years’ experience
- CompTIA A+ certification, required
- CompTIA Network + certification, an asset
- CompTIA Server + certification, required
- Current BC Driver’s License
- Must be willing to work on customer sites.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC V7T 1A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (required)
