**What you’ll do**:
Customer Care Representative is responsible for the liaise with customers, both internal and external, to ensure exceptional Customer Experience and support team members as required:

- Logged in and prepared to answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner at a scheduled start time
- Placing orders for customers received via multiple systems and technology
- Confirming accurate information to customers based on product availability and delivery.
- Researching information using multiple resources.
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare quotes and order confirmations
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with internal and external customers
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skill sets

**What it takes**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education, College diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong PC keyboarding skills: Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details, time management and decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Relationship building skills
- Passion for helping others

**Assets to have**:

- Ability to work in the SAP environment
- Bilingual (English and French)
