**Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd**
- Location: 790 Blackburn Mews
Kingston, Ontario
Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (between 09:00 - 17:00)
- Rate Compensation: $16.50 - 17.50 per hour

**Qualifications**:

- PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred.
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting in medical administration and as an OTA/PTA supervising and teaching exercises is an asset.
- Professional, excellent communications skills and ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced team working environment.
- Preferably with 1-3+ years of experience in a private rehabilitation clinic setting, delivering modalities is a plus.

**Key functions and responsibilities**:

- Assisting physiotherapists with client care, including using ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
- Administrative duties, as required
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Collecting outcome measure data
- Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
- Inventory of clinical supplies
