**Customer Care Associate (Full Time) - Kingston, ON**

This position is responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.

**You will bring with you to this position**:

- High School or equivalent diploma
- 2 years of customer service experience with proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Commitment to safety is a must
- Must have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areas
