**JOB SUMMARY**

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department through a variety of administrative and organizational tasks while contributing to the ongoing development of efficient and effective HR Processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as drafting correspondence, coordinating mailings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, conduct orientations, and ensure timely and accurate completion of new hire documents and processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, terminations and answering basic employee inquiries.
- Support annual HR processes, such as employee performance evaluations, by assisting with communication, completion tracking and preparation of related documents.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics and participant communications.
- Track and maintain records related to employee leaves and process relevant documents.
- Participate in Social Committee activities to plan, promote and orchestrate employee engagement events.
- Organize Occupational Health and Safety meetings, record meeting minutes, and track all training and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, Recruiter or similar role.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience planning and orchestrating events would be an asset.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
