**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and adaptation.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, employer branding, job design, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources operations.
- Develop and manage HR programs that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Develop, benchmark, and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes regarding workforce planning and development.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, providing HR consulting support on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial, technology, or fintech industries.
- Strong strategic HR planning ability, with proven experience in aligning HR initiatives to company strategy.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing HR teams, including mentoring and capability-building.
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead HR projects in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, HR compliance, and labor relations practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll administration, and data-driven HR analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus for global collaboration).
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coquitlam, BC
