POSITION: Client Services Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-ordination and scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements as required
Creation of correspondence, proofreading and preparation of presentation materials
Build and shepherd strong working relationships with colleagues and professionals, strategic partners, external clients and suppliers to ensure that the highest quality services in the marketplace are provided by Waterstone Human Capital Ltd.
Build strong alliances with partners, consultants, research associates and client services as we grow
Achieve superior internal client satisfaction as measured feedback from members of the team
Manage the office administration including facilities management, ordering business supplies and keeping galley kitchen organized as well as support event management required

QUALIFICATIONS
Service excellence executed at a senior level in services business
A true self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, energetic, fast-paced with a sense of urgency
PC skills - proficiency in MS, Excel and PowerPoint and excellence in customer relational management systems
Excellence and thoroughness working with databases and database search engines including the Internet
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize - effective time management skills - able to meet deadlines - attention to detail
Comfort leading administrative communications with executives, their assistants and other stakeholders
A passion for services and for business
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
A net-energy contributor, i.e. you give more than you get

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
