to the Senior Investment Advisor and their sophisticated High Net Worth clients.

The Impact You Will Have:
In this role, you will be crucial to both client satisfaction and the operational success of the investment book. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering
exceptional, personalized day-to-day service
to ensure a consistently positive and premium client experience. - Portfolio Support:
Actively assist the Senior Investment Advisor in the
efficient management and oversight
of the total investment book of business. - Meeting Preparation & Participation:
Own the organization and preparation of all client meeting materials, including detailed portfolio reviews and new account proposals. You will also
attend client meetings as required
to support the Advisor. - Trade Execution:
Accurately
execute trades
and
process all client-initiated buy/sell orders
promptly. - Account Lifecycle Management:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle
of all client accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operation from opening to maintenance.
What You Bring to the Team:
You are an experienced and licensed professional ready to step into a demanding role:
- Experience:
A minimum of
5 years of experience
successfully operating as a Client Service Associate within an IIROC/CIRO regulated environment. - Licensing:
Must
possess an active Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) license
. - Technical Expertise:
A strong, comprehensive understanding of
securities, registered savings plans (e.g., RRSP, TFSA), and industry compliance requirements. - Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication and people skills
, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients. - Systems Knowledge:
Strong working proficiency in
MS Office Suite
. Knowledge of industry-specific tools such as
Dataphile
and
DocuSign
is a valuable asset.
