A prestigious and well-regarded employee benefits consulting firm is seeking a **Benefits Associate / Junior Group Benefits Account Manager** to work directly with the Founder and President. What We’re Looking For:

- **Experience**: Minimum of **5 years of hands-on group insurance experience** in Canada (required).
- **Maturity & Motivation**: You are **self-motivated**, **detail-oriented**, and value **stability** in your work and workplace. You enjoy working independently, yet are responsive and collaborative.
- **Attitude**: Positive, dependable, and professional with a strong commitment to client service.
- **Work Style**: Thrives in a **virtual work environment**, with strong communication and time management skills.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supported the president in managing and serving group benefits and retirement clients.
- Assisting in renewal reviews, client reporting, and communication with insurers and clients.
- Helping with quoting, plan design comparisons, and market surveys.
- Coordinating day-to-day account management activities and client support.
