The Client Services Advisor is responsible for the efficient and professional operation of client activities; including procedure logging, supporting registration, and the association. It is important that the Client Services Advisor is able to work with mínimal supervision, and (s) he has the ability to display initiative and should possess high-level organizational and customer service skills.

This position will report to the Manager, Client Services and will work out of the Milton, ON Office.

**We are looking for someone with the following qualifications**:

- 2 Yr. Business Administration Certificate or equivalent general administrative experience
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual French and English an asset
- Team player, goal driven and pleasant personality
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure a high accuracy of work
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team member with limited supervision

La personne qui sera le conseiller ou la conseillère en service à la clientèle est chargée de faciliter de manière efficace et professionnelle les activités de la clientèle. Celles-ci incluent l’enregistrement et l’association. Il est important que le conseiller en service à la clientèle soit capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision et d’avoir une capacité d’initiative et un haut niveau d’organisation et de service à la clientèle.

Le titulaire de ce poste rendra compte au responsable, Services à la clientèle et il travaillera dans un bureau situé à Milton.

**La personne que nous recherchons devra posséder les qualifications suivantes**:

- Certificat de 2 ans de gestion des affaires ou une expérience en administration générale équivalente
- Compétence exceptionnelle de service à la clientèle
- Très bonne compétence de communication en français et en anglais
- Être bilingue en anglais et en français est un avantage
- Capacité à prêter attention aux détails et à avoir une grande précision de travail
- Avoir une personnalité agréable, capable de travailler en groupe et d’atteindre les objectifs
- Capacité à atteindre et à dépasser les échéances
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à fixer des priorités et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Capacité à travailler en équipe avec une supervision limitée
