**Purpose of the Role**:
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients. As a member of a collaborative and client-focused team, the Client Service Associate utilizes exceptional communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills and in-depth product and industry knowledge to provide excellent service to clients and our advisors.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Private Wealth team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client requests.
- Troubleshoot complex issues for internal teams and advisors, while proactively identifying process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and complete client data in CRM systems (Salesforce), supporting audit checks, reporting, and data integrity controls.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and operational procedures.
- Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, including experience in operations or client services.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian financial services industry, processing standards, and account types (including non-registered, RESP, RIF/LIF, RRSP, TFSA, FHSA).
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word and experience with Salesforce
- Superior client service and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- An undergraduate degree in business or finance an asset.
- Related financial services certification (CSC, CIM) an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits Package**:
This position comes with a base salary range of **$55,000 - $65,000** plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
