**Job purpose**

To support the Marketing Manager with Neal Brothers Brands’ (Neal Brothers, Crank® Coffee Co, Enerjive) e-commerce, consumer affairs, social media, store demos, events, communication initiatives, and other marketing support as needed. Overall, this position will help support the strategic execution of the Neal Brothers Brands’ marketing strategy and ensure that all brand communication is uniform, concise, and informative.

**Duties and responsibilities**

**Social Media**
- Helps in the planning and execution of social media strategy for brands (Neal Brothers, Crank® Coffee and Enerjive) that accurately represent NBB story and branding guidelines
- Supports the planning of Neal Brothers Brands’ creative and visual expression including design work, photography, video, etc
- Supports in booking in photography, videographers for social and providing creative direction
- Supports maintenance of social media engagement with other accounts
- Supports the execution of cross-marketed contests and campaigns
- Ensures all necessary influencers and/or contest winners are sent products in a timely manner
- Supports with planning in social media paid opportunities, i.e. boosted posts, partnerships, influencer partnerships, etc.

**Monitoring Public Opinion**:

- Supports review of social media statistics and engagement regularly
- Supports monitoring of review-based websites

**Brand Stories**:

- Consistent use of branding guidelines and telling the Neal Brothers Brands’ story in an appropriate manner

**Consumer Affairs** - comments and/or complaints:

- Supports and is responsible for receiving, documenting, and addressing all consumer-related comments, food safety concerns, questions, and/or complaints
- Executes all replacement product shipments through e-commerce or direct to consumer

**Product**

Product/Brand Launches
- Assists in the planning of product development initiatives and tracking product components including attributes, allergens, and other product details
- Supports the Marketing Manager with the planning and project management for all product and brand launches to ensure a strong and in-depth strategy
- Communicate with all of the necessary third-party organizations and internal team members to ensure all deadlines are met promptly

**Events**
- Consumer Shows and Community Events:

- Supports the selection and planning process for consumer shows
- Supports Manager in preparation for consumer shows (including inventory reviews, demo supplies, and inventory orders)
- Supports in the execution of events and detailed post-event reporting
- Ensure accurate brand messages (Neal Brothers, Crank®) are disseminated to the public in attendance

**Industry Marketing**

Demos
- Supports with the planning and execution of retailer store demos
- Supports in the booking and planning process, staff training and logistics to ensure the demo is fully equipped with proper marketing assets, products, etc.

Industry Shows
- Supports Marketing Manager in preparation and execution of brand presence at the show, including staffing, asset list, ordering assets, planning floorplan and supporting at the show
- Supports overall marketing team in planning the setup of floor space

Media
- Supports various media campaigns with retailers including designing creative assets and appropriate brand/product messaging. Helps seek out future media opportunities to be a part of

**Other**

Donations
- Responsible for receiving, analyzing, and presenting all donation requests to ensure they align with the Neal Brothers pillars
- Executes all donation order shipments

E-Commerce:

- Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of all Shopify e-commerce inventory levels, orders, product listings and related tasks.
- Liaison with 3rd party pick and pack group to ensure seamless shipping

**Qualifications**

Qualifications include:

- University degree/college diploma in a related field
- Knowledge and/or passion for the food industry
- Food safety certified is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products
- Extremely organized in the execution of projects and events
- Experience in logístical planning and support for events
- Marketing or Communications related field and experience (2+ years)
- Experience in managing a brand/company social media presence
- Graphic design and experience in Adobe Suite is considered an asset

**Physical requirements**

At times, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs may be required (consumer and industry shows)

**Additional requirements**
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to a vehicle
