The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team who is passionate about all things PR, influencer marketing and social media. As a Community Marketing Coordinator, you will support the growth of our influencer marketing program through paid and organic campaigns, retaining creator talent, and growing social media engagement. The Community Marketing Coordinator will be reporting to our Brand Communication & Marketing Manager.
The Objectives of this Role
Take initiative with growing our influencer Database
Retaining influencer talent
Building our NUDESQUAD ambassador program
Driving Affiliate Revenue
What You’ll Do
Engage and retain our creator community through the management of our internal influencer marketing program
Source new content creators, conduct outreach, create and maintain relationships with the NUDESTIX creator community.
Assign creators to campaigns and onboard them to our affiliate program.
Assist in the management of the affiliate program, responding to inbound requests and paying out creators.
Evaluate the fit of creators and quality of their content posted.
Responsible for placing all influencer & marketing orders.
Support with social media community engagement
Other social media, community & PR tasks as required.
Who You Are
Passionate about the influencer landscape.
Strong passion for the beauty industry
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
Ability to evaluate engagement & brand fit of content creators.
Self-Starter who can work independently and great within a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
