**Palermo Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre** is looking for Business Development and Marketing Coordinator.

We are dynamic multidisciplinary clinic of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, & Chiropodists. The clinic opened in July of 2014 and has been growing rapidly ever since.

**Work Area**:Woodbridge**, **Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Oakville

**Work Offices**:in Woodbridge and in Oakville

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our physiotherapy clinic. The coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and grow the clinic's business. They will work closely with clinic's managers and providers to promote the clinic's services and establish partnerships that would bring in new patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and grow the clinic's business
- Work closely with clinic's managers to promote the clinic's services and establish partnerships that would bring in new patients
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Organize and coordinate events and presentations to promote the clinic's services to the community
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers to promote the clinic's services
- Collaborate with the clinic's managers to develop marketing strategies that support their services
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies
- Analyze and create reports on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements
- **Travel required/ travel areas**: Brampton, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Mississauga and Oakville
- **Work office**: in Oakville, work from Oakville office two times per week, Mondays and Fridays

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer/patient service focus, self oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Personal car
