**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Manage the Accounts Payable process:

- Communicates with vendors and deals with all inquiries in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of all vendor statements
- Meets month end deadlines
- Collaborate with Senior Accountant to maintain Accounts Receivables

**Qualifications**:

- Years of experience: minimum of 1-2 years in accounts payable
- Education: Accounting Diploma or equivalent
- Considered an asset:

- Construction industry experience

Technical Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled in data entry
- Proficient in organizing electronic files
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Interpersonal Skills:

- Team player
- Skilled in problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
