**Who We are Looking For**

**Accounts Payable Clerk**

This is a full-time position located in the Langley office, working to support the accounting department as the Accounts Payable Clerk.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Process AP Invoices, including sorting, matching POs, packing slips, coding, and posting.

Working with multi-company accounts, including our US entity.

Reconciling accounts and communication with vendors on a timely basis.

Processing payments to vendors by cheque, credit card, wire payment and EFT.

Maintenance of vendor accounts.

Monitoring monthly data and conducting account analysis to make recommendations regarding cost reductions.

Assist and support other department members when required.

**What You Offer**

Minimum 2 years of prior experience working in an accounting department.

Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred)

A post secondary diploma or degree with accounting specialization preferred.

Experience with US operations and accounting is an asset.

High attention to detail and accuracy with high volume payables

Own transportation is required as the office is not easily accessible by transit.
