Office Assistant
**Duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Provide administrative support to office manager
- Assist with scheduling, logístical planning, and maintaining calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly with exceptional customer support
- Maintain office and cleaning supply inventory
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve data
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Basic Cleaning
- Run errands
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Ability to organize and maintain files and records accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Experience working with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval (preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred however can be trained
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
