**Office Assistant**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain confidentiality of business
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Resolve client complaints and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties (e.g. incoming calls, answering the phone)
- Assist in the preparation immigration realted letters on case to case to basis
**Skills**
- Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role. Prefrence will be given to previous experience in immigration
- Working knowledge of Computers and Ms-Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
