Duties
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a genuine positive and professional experience
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, restocking as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Assist with patient insurance and billing
- Assist with patient care and preparing treatment rooms
- Able to multi-task and keep calm with multiple situations needing your attention at one time and maintaining a professional and friendly attitude

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Juvonno or Jane software is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Have prior experience (1 year) in an office setting
- Great adaptability in a busy and fast paced work setting
- Very strong communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Be optimistic, friendly, engaging and prioritizing work while at work.

Hours

11 am - 6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Please note that we expect hours to change in the coming year.

Job: Part-Time. Permanent

Salary
- From $16.50/hour may be adjusted depending on skill and experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a supportive office environment.
