The Social Media Specialist creatively energizes these ideals through the lens of our social media communities so that growing audiences connect and resonate with our brands, and our marketing funnels advance in both quantity and quality of leads and loyalists.

**Responsibilities**:
The Social Media Specialist drives our content marketing objectives in the planning, designing, creating, editing and publishing of digital content with the aim of growing and engaging with social media audiences such as Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.

Its main objective is to grow audiences by creating rich media content and planning editorial calendars across core brands including Freehouse Collective, Dutch Love, Barber & Co, and Bomber Brewing. This includes content creation, curation, planning and research across a variety of marketing channels with an emphasis on social media.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute editorial calendars for core brands
Create, curate, plan and research content for editorial calendars
Manage, grow and engage social communities including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Foster relationships with social media influencers and collaborators
Support a multi-channel strategy in pushing key content to other digital communities such as Google and LinkedIn
Develop key content into long-form editorial for use on website blog and editorial/advertorial platforms
Research and action analytics for growth, engagement and efficacy
Manage audience engagement and growth-through-engagement strategies on core brands
Create guidelines and coaching sessions for managers of ancillary brands per engagement and content delivery
Oversee writing style, voice and brand tone
Keep on pulse on media and digital marketing trends
