**Job Description**:
**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES**

**Social Media Management**
- Manage the VOSKER social media content calendar & posts : Facebook, IG, Twitter, TIK TOK, LinkedIn & YouTube;
- Manage the QC social media content calendar & posts for SPYPOINT QC; Facebook, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube;
- Collaborate with the US-based Social Media Specialist to align content strategy;
- Identify customers with success stories to leverage UGC for social & website.

**Influencer Management**
- Develop the influencer marketing strategy to drive growth, increase reach & build notoriety;
- On-going communication with influencers at minimum twice a month; individual content links, promos, new product & app releases;
- Quarterly reporting on influencer performance, ROI & engagement through KLEAR platform;
- Manage all influencer contracts in partnership with brand director & editorial manager.

**Media Planning**
- Build the Canadian traditional media plan which includes magazine & TV commercial placement for SPYPOINT;
- Manage the media buy, brief design team on required creative material;
- Manage & update our collaborator list to maximize new product launch visibility through editorial integration.

**Qualifications**:
**THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER**:

- You have 3+ years of marketing, influencer & social media experience
- You have a creative eye with excellent writing & communication skills
- You are detailed oriented and are praised for flawless execution
- You can evaluate & recommend new social media tactics based on organic social analytics, trends and share reporting insights & recommendations
- If you are comfortable with multiple CMS systems, the Adobe suite, and influencer management software options, that is a big plus
- Fluency in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec)
